Your inquiry details.
The inquiry forms save your brief privately for Stephen and Veronica to review. Submitting does not book an appointment. Newsletter signup is a separate, optional choice.
What we collect and why
When you submit a brief, we store the contact information and project details you provide, including your goals, budget, timing, and any optional answers. Stephen and Veronica use those details to review studio and partnership inquiries and decide on appropriate next steps.
Where your brief goes
The website runs on Vercel, and inquiry records are stored in our Supabase project. Inquiry records are private and are not displayed on the public website. We also store a submission reference, submission time, and development environment to manage testing and retries.
When internal email notifications are enabled, a copy of the brief is sent through Resend to our designated PSS inboxes. On the live website, an acknowledgment may also be sent to the email address you provide. Preview submissions are marked as tests. We store email copies and their status with the inquiry to manage retries. Personal follow-up comes from Stephen or Veronica.
Preventing unwanted submissions
Our inquiry system uses temporary keyed hashes of the connection IP address and email address to limit repeated submissions. It does not store the raw IP address in the inquiry database. Hosting providers may process connection information in their service logs.
Newsletter preferences
The optional newsletter checkbox records your preference with the brief. It is unchecked by default. If you choose to join, we request a separate email confirmation before adding you to the newsletter. See our newsletter privacy page for details.
Questions or removal requests
To ask about your submission or request its correction or deletion, email stephen@pss.media or veronica@pss.media. Include your submission reference if you have it.
